The paper package is long because Alberta licensing requires it. But you should not have to fill any of that in before you know whether we even have space. So this asks the short version first — and you choose how and when to do the rest.

- Only centre staff see your enquiry — no call centre, no agency.

- Nothing about your child is stored in your browser.
- Records are shared only with licensing, subsidy, or health bodies where required, and only with your consent.
